 - Scheduling data: call bookings and related notes. Tags, lists, or specialties imported from CRM or automation tools. 

3. How We Use This Information 

We process personal data to:

 - Schedule and manage meetings or calls

 - Analyze performance of outreach and improve our systems

We securely store and process information using trusted third-party tools, including: 

 - n8n (automation workflows) GetSales (lead data enrichment) 

 - Google Workspace / Gmail / Google Sheets (email, storage)

 - Cal.com (call scheduling) 

 - LeadShark (prospecting data) 

 - Encharge (email automation) 

 - LinkedIn (social communication)

Each processor complies with applicable privacy regulations (GDPR or equivalent).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above - typically while an outreach, partnership, or client relationship is active. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

Because we operate globally and use cloud-based tools, your data may be processed outside your home country. We ensure that appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place when data is transferred internationally.
